 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Founding Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a founding member, you will play a critical role in bringing our cutting-edge drone technology to life. You will work on the design, development, and optimization of the drone's hardware components, from prototyping to mass production in a hands-on way. • Design and Development:
  • Create the mechanical and electrical design of the drone, focusing on the rotor system and novel steering mechanisms.
• Simulation and Modeling:
  • Use simulation tools to model mechanical dynamics, electromagnetic interactions, and aerodynamic forces.
• Prototyping and Testing:
  • Work on the fabrication of prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate hardware designs.
• Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners to transition from prototyping to scalable production.

• Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Proven, hands-on experience with mechanical design and development of small-scale UAVs or similar systems.
  • Hands-on experience with brushless motors, rotor dynamics, and electromagnetic systems.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360) for mechanical design.
  • Experience with simulation tools such as ANSYS, COMSOL Multiphysics, or MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Familiarity with battery technologies.
